A Winter Wonderland?

Over the long weekend, Poland, along with many other parts of the US, has seen some snow! While we all saw the snow and many of the short term effects, winter storm “Izzy” may bring more than what meets the eye. 

Seemingly overnight, over a foot of snow piled up in the residents’ yards. Thanks to Poland’s community and their knowledge of how to deal with snow like this, we were luckily not hit very hard by the winter consequences. However, this was not the case for many other areas.

This winter storm impacted many from the South and Midwest. In many of these warmer areas, the unprecedented storm currents.
