On Tuesday, February 12, the Spanish Club and Italian Club held their annual event called “Tacos and Tiramisu” which brings both cultures together.

The Spanish and Italian teachers provide food from both cultures for the event. Many of the students who attended this event had a lot of positive feedback and said that it went very well.

Senior Simone Izzo who is apart of Italian Club said, “I think it went really well, and people came from both of the clubs. The food was really good, and it was great for everyone to get together.”

Sophomore Eli Lopuchovsky who is apart of Spanish Club said, “I think it went really well, and I had a really good time, and it was really awesome because the two clubs were together.”

Mrs. Ramsey, a Spanish Teacher, and Mrs. DiTomasso, an Italian Teacher, both organized this event for the students.

Overall, the students enjoyed the event.

Mrs. DiTomasso said that they will continue to do it because “it’s something that we do every year, and the kids really look forward to it.”
