On Friday, September 13, Poland Nutrition, located at 65 W McKinley Way Poland, OH, opened their doors to the public, providing nutritional teas, coffees, and shakes, and Poland students are excited. 

A few students from Poland High School have applied for a position at the new store. 

Junior Chloe Kosco says, “I applied because it looked like a fun place to work.” 

Kosco added that the work environment is “very positive and comfortable.” 

Poland Nutrition has a variety of drinks to choose from; however, Kosco noted that the Peanut Butter Oreo shake seems to be the fan favorite. 

Junior Mia Musolino agrees saying her favorite drinks are “the lemon based tea with cranberry aloe and the Peanut Butter Oreo Shake.”

News of the opening spread like wildfire in the community with many people promoting their social media pages and telling their friends. 

Musolino says she first heard of the store from their Instagram while senior DJ Skarote said that he heard about it from his friends. 

The Poland Nutrition Instagram posts about special deals and days for their customers. More recently, they held a customer appreciation day where customers had the possibility to enter raffles, prizes, and giveaways. Poland Nutrition also offered a “Train Tuesday” where customers got a free high-intensity workout. 

Poland Nutrition is open Monday to Friday 7 am – 7 pm and 9 am – 5 pm on the weekend. The Mahoning Valley had their first taste of the drinks when another branch, Youngstown Nutrition in Boardman, OH, opened in May 2019.
