The NE8 is a very prestigious conference in Northeast Ohio; it is an honor to be selected to be an All Conference Player. Players have to play their best football throughout the year to be considered an All Conference Player. This year, Poland had 11 players that were selected to be all conference players.
Poland had 5 players: Cole Fulton, Danny Nittoli, Andrew Todd, Alex Stefek, and Jas Stefancin, all received the honor of being selected First Team All Conference. Poland also had 6 players: Dom Pagano, Tyler Canfield, Oliver McCully, Matt Boccieri, Paul Greco, and Vito Komara, all received the honor of being selected Second Team All Conference.
When asked, “How do you feel about being selected first team all conference?” senior Andrew Todd responded humbly.
“You know feels good; I put in a lot of work this offseason, so it feels good to finally get some recognition.”
He also talked about how much it means to him as he started playing football in the third grade, and he has worked very hard with a sports family to be the best player that he can be.
When talking to Senior Danny Nittoli, he was asked, “What does the honor mean to you?”
Nittoli said, “You know it means a lot. It would have been better if we would have gone farther in the playoffs; you know just nice to get some notoriety.”
He also talked about how he is going to miss playing football with his boys that he grew up with on and off the field. With the NE8 having so much talent, it is an accomplishment for the Poland Bulldogs Football Team.
