Poland’s Boys Lacrosse Team finished 8 – 6 last year with a playoff win. After such a monumental season for the program, the lights looked dim after Head Coach Dennis Schweers shocked fans and the team with retirement from the head coach position. For many months, players have speculated who would fill that position.
The wait is over for the team; Poland unveiled new lacrosse coach, Kincaid Mrakovich. Former Poland Lacrosse Player and Mount Union Lacrosse Player will be at the helm of the regime this year for the Bulldogs.
Many Poland players are very excited about the new opportunities that come with the new head coach.
Senior Mason Jones had this to say about the new hire: “I believe that he will bring us to an undefeated season.”
This is a very big season coming up for the Bulldogs; after a good season last season, the Bulldogs look to stay on top.
