The quickly arriving season of spring means the time has come for a deep clean. From Tuesday March 19 through Thursday March 21, the Interact Club will be supporting a project collecting donations of gently used Poland Gear at the high-school. From hoodies and t-shirts to hats and beyond, all donations are welcome, and the time is perfect to clean out your closet.
The collections will be used to organize a sale for the community to shop for new gear sustainably. While time and location for the sale are not yet set, all proceeds will be donated to a local organization TBD for the betterment of the community. If the school reaches the donation goal, a dress down day will be awarded.
The purpose and goal of the “Poland Thrift” is to make a positive impact on the environment by reusing goods that someone else no longer needed or used to protect our local environment. Overall, the sale will provide a way to sustainably promote school spirit.
