The seventh game for the Poland Bulldogs began on Wednesday the 17 vs Labrae. The game started off dry; both teams could not connect the baseball to the bat. Ryan DiLullo was the pitcher that led to Labrae having trouble getting on base. The defense aspect between both teams dominated with a few kids getting on base but not making it all the way around. As the game continued, the weather took a turn for the worse and ending the game short for the Bulldogs.
The game picked up on Thursday the 18th, with new pitcher sophomore Joe Zuccaro taking the mound. The game picked up in the 5th inning with still no runs being scored. This began a lot of tension between both teams.
Until the 6th inning the game did a full 360 turning the game fully around.
The Bulldogs finally started to connect with the ball withCarmine Tukalo the led off hitter, starting it off.
The dogs went on a great streak leading them to score three runs.
Librae also found a connection which led to the following short of two runs that inning.
In the 7th inning, both teams went scoreless but due to the 6th inning the Bulldogs kept the lead 3-2.
