The PSHS Marching Band embarked on a magical journey to Walt Disney World!
During their trip, they had the opportunity to march down Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom.
Aside from this, the band also enjoyed their time at Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, and Animal Kingdom.
I had the opportunity to chat with Jeff Hvizdos, Jeff Penny, and Jennifer Stefancin about their time with the band.
They collectively shared their thoughts on marching, their favorite attractions, and how this band trip became a magical experience and memory. I also asked about their favorite Disney songs and also received comments that they would love to be able to march them in the Magic Kingdom!
They all shared pride as the band was marching and excitement to be able to see the crowds coming to watch; this was also their favorite day of the trip!
They all expressed the feeling of pride as they watched the band perform Fantasmic and that also being their favorite day out of the whole trip!
Mr. Penny’s favorite ride was Tiana’s Bayou, and Mr. Hvizdo’s favorite ride was Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railroad, and Mrs. Stefancini’s was Avatar: Flight Of Passage!
They all expressed it was hard to rank, but this trip was definitely in their top 3!
Lastly, they all shared their favorite songs and added that it would be amazing to perform them!
Mr. Penny said, his favorite song was “I’ll Make A Man Out Of You.” While Mr. Hvizdos chose any “Hunchback Of Noter Dame” song, and Mrs. Stefancin chose “We Know The Way!”
Overall, this was a very magical trip! We can’t wait to see where the new season takes the band!
